The Precision Manufacturing Institute (PMI) awarded a special 2003 Leadership Award to Larry Sippy “For his life long dedication, and commitment to promoting continued education and professionalism in the Tool and Die Industry. Larry’s leadership and dedication has played a vital role in the organization and development of PMI."   PMI’s Mission is to provide hands-on training in a wide range of skills utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, employing the newest technology, techniques and methods to enable companies and individuals to improve their productivity. Further, PMI will create a pathway that will enable individuals to apply hands-on training credits toward and Associate or Baccalaureate Degree.
